An annual event brings thousands of people, and blueberries, to Susquehanna County.

The 31st Montrose Blueberry Festival is expected to attract about two thousand people to the Burough.

It's one of the highlights of the summer.

Complete with blueberry muffins, blueberry lemonade, and even blueberry pizza.

The tasty treats along with music, games, and other entertainment keep folks coming back year after year.

"I just think it's really fun to experience our local culture and what we have around our area and I love to get my daughter to see that same thing. A lot of kids just go off and they don't see what our area has to offer." said Robin Harvey of Lemon township.

The fruity fun continues tomorrow from 9 am to 4pm.
All proceeds go towards the Montrose Public Library.
The two-day festival usually raises more than 50 thousand dollars.
