Ashley Carnevale Found Guilty Of Murder

Ashley Carnevale, 22, of Kirkwood had her case heard before a judge in Broome County Court.

Carnevale was with her husband, Anthony Carnevale, 23, when they forced their way into a home on Kent Street in Windsor in 2009.

Ethan Button was in his home with Jean Clark, 39.

Clark was shot and killed, Button was shot and injured.

Investigators said the couple went into the home looking to steal prescription drugs.

Ashley Carnevale was found guilty of murder Assault, Attempted Assault and Attempted Robbery.

She will be sentenced in March.

Anthony Carnevale plead guilty to murder and attempted murder in October, 2009.
