Binghamton Riverwalk To Become DoubleTree Hotel

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) It was the Binghamton Regency Hotel. Then it became the Binghamton Riverwalk Hotel and Conference Center. Now, the building at 225 Water Street is set for yet another name change.

The hotel will soon become part of the DoubleTree brand.

A luxury hotel chain owned by Hilton.

Alfred Weissman Real Estate will still remain owner of this property.

Newport Hospitality of Virginia will continue to manage the site.

According to Newport, the complete brand change is set to take place this fall.

The hotel rooms will be completely refurbished as part of the change.
