Binghamton man arrested for attempted home burglary

Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Police took a man into custody after a husband and wife found him in their Johnson City home, according to Johnson City Police.

They said the couple found Robert Fiorini, 47, of Binghamton in their apartment when they returned home.

Police responded and found Fiorini on Lester Avenue and Main Street.

A judge arraigned Fiorini and police took him to Broome County jail without bail.

He was charged with burglary in the second degree, which is a felony.
