Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force Arrests Four on Drug Charges (With Photos)

(WBNG Binghamton) The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested four people Wednesday following two narcotics search warrant executions in the Village of Endicott.

According to a news release:

The search warrants were executed by the Broome- Endicott Swat Team. The Broome County SIU Task Force was also assisted by the Endicott Police Department.

Arrested were: Andre L. Ross, Carlos M. Medero, Sr. and Ashley M. Luce.

Ross was allegedly found to be in possession of a loose white powdery substance, identified as cocaine. Carlos Medero, Sr. was allegedly found to be in possession of seven individual pieces of crack cocaine which had an aggregate weight of four grams and also a tan powdery substance, identified as heroin. Ashley Luce was allegedly found to be in possession of a plastic knotted wrap containing crack cocaine and three pills of Suboxone, a controlled substance. Also arrested was Xavier L. Webb who was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Ross is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Medero Sr. is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a Class C Felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor. 

Luce is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
