Covington, PA (WBNG Binghamton) A cabin burns down on opening day of deer season in Pennsylvania.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Jason Maines, Matt Maines, and Tony Becker were all at a hunting cabin in on Turkey Spur Lane in Tioga County.
They were all asleep when one of them smelled smoke.
When the three men tried to escape the cabin, it engulfed in flames.
No one was injured.
Along with the cabin and it's contents, a Toyota Tundra truck was also burned.
Blossburg Fire Department was not able to save the cabin because of its remote location.
Because of the extensive damage, no origin is determined.
The investigation is ongoing.
