Norwich, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The third trial of Peter Wlasiuk has been delayed.
The 42-year-old from Oxford is accused of killing his wife, Patricia.
Her body was recovered from Guilford Lake in 2002.
Peter has been tried and convicted twice on a prosecution case that claims he suffocated her and staged an accident.
Both convictions were overturned by a New York State Appeals Court.
A Chenango County grand jury indicted Wlasiuk again on a charge of 2nd degree murder.
Jury selection at the courthouse in Norwich was scheduled to start today.
It is now pushed back to June 4, 2012.
