Binghamton, N.Y. (WBNG Binghamton) Mayor-Elect Rich David began the process of hiring for management positions.
The Republican announced Monday that he's searching for qualified administrators with a successful history to apply for the positions.
He added he wants the "most experienced department heads at the helm."
As for the current department heads, they're welcome to reapply for their position, but there is no guarantee they will keep their job.
"I will also be notifying them of personnel changes I plan to make so they have as much time as possible to seek other employment opportunities," David said.
David added that he may not fill or keep all positions.
Those interested in applying can submit their resume to David's office
at 81 State Street, Second Floor, Suite B, Binghamton, NY 13901.
