Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An unlicensed daycare provider found with cocaine will spend six years in state prison.
Theresa Sunderland, 34, Binghamton, was sentenced for her second felony offender conviction in Broome County Court Friday.
On July 1, Sunderland admitted she had cocaine and was looking to sell it in December 2012.
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force found the cocaine along with $250 dollars and a digital scale after a two-month investigation and "no knock" search warrant at 130 Bernice St. in Johnson City.
During their search, Sunderland was babysitting a two-year-old.
Sunderland was also convicted in 2008 for criminal sale of a controlled substance.
