Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) 29-year-old Kevin Buie was arrested Saturday night for hitting one Pedestrians and killing another while driving.

Two pedestrians are hit by a car Saturday in Binghamton...

One of them killed.

But according to prior police reports, this isn't the first hit-and-run for the man allegedly behind the wheel.

According to Binghamton Police, Buie was traveling west on Main Street when he hit two pedestrians and then left the scene.

Police say Buie then got out of his car and ran from police before he was apprehended.

But just a month ago, Buie was arrested after a minor hit and run accident in the Village of Endicott.

According to Action News archives, police learned that Buie had attacked a female during their accident investigation.

Police say he choked her twice and threatened her with a knife and gun.

From Saturday's incident, Buie has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident and more charges are possible.

Buie is currently being held in Broome County Jail.
