Drug raid nets two arrests

Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Two men are arrested following a drug raid in Johnson City.

New York State Police and the Vestal Police Department arrested 34-year-old Kevin K. Turner and 36-year-old Kevin M. Andrews early Wednesday morning after executing a search warrant at their Endicott Avenue home.

Troopers said they discovered both marijuana and cocaine, along with scales, packaging materials and more than $1,300.

Both were charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree, a class E felony. Turner was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, both class A misdemeanors.

They were both arraigned in Johnson City court and taken to Broome County Jail without bail.

The investigation is ongoing.
