Wedding crasher hits person, parked car

Franklin Twp., PA (WBNG Binghamton) A wedding crasher was arrested after hitting a person and a parked car with his car.

Pennsylvania State Police said the accident happened Saturday night on Southside Drive in Bradford County's Franklin Township.

According to police, Joshua Charles Nemeth, 30, who was not invited to the wedding, was asked to leave.

Police said Nemeth was under the influence of alcohol and didn't want to leave.

Once he got into his car, he ran over Brian Michael Hart, 28, and then hit a parked car.

Nemeth was taken to Robert Packer Hospital. Police said he will be charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence.

Hart was slightly injured.
