(WBNG Binghamton) After fleeing the scene of a minor accident, the Village of Endicott Police arrest a man for allegedly strangling a woman.
Kevin L Buie, 29, was originally charged for leaving the scene of an accident Saturday.
While interviewing him for that violation, police received reports that Buie had attacked a female.
According to the Endicott Police Department the victims reported that Buie threatened her with a knife and a handgun, and choked her twice.
Through the investigation, Endicott Police retrieved the handgun used in the incident.
Buie awaits arraignment in the Village of Endicott Court.

- Criminal Possession of a weapon
- Strangulation
- Criminal Obstruction of Breathing
- Criminal Mischief
- Menacing
