Worcester, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An owner and a manager at an Otsego County stable business are arrested, accused of animal cruelty related to a kennel.
State Police arrested Frank Popolizio, 65 on Thursday.
He owns South Side Stables in Worcester.
Popolizio is charged with 49 counts of Cruelty to Animals involving dogs.
State Police also arrested Corrinne Kindt, 26, a manager at the stables.
She faces 7 counts of the same charge.
The arrests come after a month-long investigation by State Police and the Susquehanna SPCA.
Both were arraigned in Worcester town court and are due back March 6, 2012.
According to its website, South Side Stables raises miniature cattle, including the Jersey bloodline.
