Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) It's the biggest Restaurant Week yet, and it provides local eateries, residents and non-profit agencies with a chance to benefit.

The spring edition of Binghamton Restaurant Week runs from March 12-21.

This year's event is hosting more than triple its participants than when it started in 2010.

A total of 23 ocal restaurants are participating to help the Boys and Girls Club of Binghamton.

The event has raised nearly $1 million in sales and donated $24,000 to local charities during the past three years.

"Everybody's a winner. You might be just the person that goes into the restaurant and enjoys the wonderful meal," said Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club of Binghamton, Marybeth Smith. "You might be the business or restaurant owner who experience all the new traffic and business, or you might be a member of the boys and girls club of Binghamton who will benefit the most from this."
