Five Arrested Following Heroin Sale Investigation

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Thousands of dollars worth of heroin is recovered following the arrests of five people in Binghamton.

The arrests followed a three-month investigation that focused on heroin sales on Binghamton's south side.

Police recovered 600 small bags of heroin worth about 1$0,000

They also found more than $20,000 in cash.

Police agencies arrested Juan Cruz, 33, Mike Cruz, 31, William Michalski, 42, Paul Michalski, 44, and Shaquana Riles, 22, following that three-month investigation.

Cruz, William Michalski and Paul Michalski were all charged with felony criminal intent to sell drugs.

The Michalski's were also charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon.

Police issued Riles an appearance ticket for criminal facilitation.
