Ithaca, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Four men have been arrested and arraigned on charges in connection with the death of George Desdunes in February.

The 19 year old was found dead on the couch in the library of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity in the early morning hours of February 25.

Max Haskin, 19, Ben Mann, 19, Edward "EJ" Williams, 19 and a youthful offender under the age of 19 are all charged with First Degree Hazing, First Degree Unlawfully Dealing With A Child, and Criminal Nuisance.

All four were pledges at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity at Cornell University.

The four men were arraigned Thursday in Tompkins County Court.

The Fraternity has also been summoned to court, but representatives failed to show in court.

Cornell University no longer recognizes Sigma Alpha Epsilon as a fraternity.

It was ordered to vacate its fraternity house by March 31.
