Four arrested in Vestal on meth, heroin, guns

Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An anonymous tip several weeks ago led Vestal police to a home with suspected drug activity.

Vestal police, along with members of the Endicott K-9 team and New York State Police searched a home July 11 at 904 Vestal Road.

Inside, they found three illegal handguns, including one gun reported stolen from Georgia, according to a news release.

Police also said they found a small amount of methamphetamine and Oxycodone pills.

The home's owner, Glen R. Ludington, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and multiple counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Ludington's girlfriend, Sheri Pabon, 45, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Though the investigation began several weeks ago, it intensified when a Vestal officer pulled over a car July 11th and found 90 bags of heroin, several syringes and a small amount of methamphetamine, the release stated.

Larry M. Roberto, 37, of Endwell, and Brooke A. Miller, 23, of Conklin, were both charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Roberto was also charged with a second count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.
