Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Federal trial of an Owego man accused of sex crimes involving children has been postponed.
James Galpin, 50, is charged with 4 counts of producing child pornography, 4 counts of sexual offense with a minor and one count of possessing child pornography
Jury selection was expected to begin in District Court Monday morning, but was postponed to make room for other trials on the court calendar.
Galpin is a level 3 sex offender.
Back in 1991, he was convicted of sexually abusing numerous boys.
A new federal trial date has not been set yet.
