Cooperstown, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Charges are dismissed against two men targeted in a harassment investigation related to the attempted murder of a teen boy.

Otsego County deputies said Angelo and his brother Anthony Pacherille Sr. had created a website in support of Anthony Pacherille Jr., a teen who at the time was being tried for the attempted murder of classmate Wesley Lippit after chasing him to the Cooperstown Police Station, shooting him in the arm, and then trying to shoot himself.

In May 2011 Otsego County deputies receive a complaint about the website, saying it was harassing to their family.

The complainant was never identified.

In the judge's decision, he said the complaint lacked specific descriptions of the perceived threats, and the website did not appear to incite any violence.

Anthony Pacherille Jr. pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder back in July of 2011.

He was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
