Owego, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Two people are seriously injured after a car crash near the Owego Town Hall.
It happened on Route 434 around 3:30 P.M. Friday afternoon.
New York State Police say a white Honda Civic and black Volvo hit head-on.
The drivers of both vehicles were trapped and had to be extracted.
One of those passengers had to be life-flighted from the scene to the Robert Packer Hospital.
The other was taken to Wilson Hospital.
Police are still investigating.
