This time the funds are coming from Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
More than $9 million is being divided up between counties in the Marcellus Shale region and $1.2 million is going to Bradford County for low income and senior housing projects. This includes $275,000 for rental rehabilitation.
Another half million will go to the 400 Main Street project in Downtown Towanda.
According to our media partners at WENY-TV, that is where developers want to build a $20 million complex, which will include housing and retail space.
