Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Broome County Emergency Services reports evacuations taking place in Vestal.
Areas where people have been evacuated include Tharp Street and Richards Street in southern Vestal.
Those evacuated all had other places to go so no shelters have been opened.
Also, parts of Glenwood Road are closed due to water coming over the top of bridges West Hill Road and Coleman Street are flooded over.
