(WBNG Binghamton) The Ithaca Police Department is investigating a Missing Person complaint regarding a subject named Kosal R. Path.
According to a news release:
Path was last seen on January 31, 2013 at approximately 3:45 am in Ithaca, New York. Path’s whereabouts are unknown at this time. The circumstances surrounding Path’s whereabouts are also unknown at this time.
Path is 37-years-old and is described as an Asian-Pacific male with long bushy black hair,
a goatee, and he has tattoos on his left arm.
