Jaclyn Wesley guilty on all charges

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton woman accused of driving drunk and killing three people in 2011 is found guilty of all charges.

Jaclyn Wesley, 25, of Binghamton was found guilty of all charges in Broome County Court.

She was convicted of three counts of vehicular manslaughter, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08.

In May 2011, she was driving on Interstate 88 in the Town of Fenton when her SUV went off the road and into the Chenango River.

All three passengers were killed, she was the only survivor.

The bodies of 39-year-old Carri Michalski, 25-year-old Robert Moorehead and 45-year-old Robert Marshall were later recovered from the Chenango River.

Jaclyn Wesley is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 7.
