Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A new medical building that houses more than a dozen services under one roof opens in Vestal.

Whether it's a check-up, X-ray, blood draw or an emergency, Lourdes built their new facility with patients in mind.

"It really helps us to capture the patient while they're here," said physician's assistant Joseph Brunt. "To get things done that might take a longer period of time."

Lourdes Vestal is now open at 3101 Shippers Road.

The new location is based off of the greatest community need.

"For some patients it's convenient, its closer," Brunt said. "There's a whole this side of Vestal and Apalachin area we're hopefully going to open up to and have access to."

The clinic is a combination of 13 different medical services all in one building. New services have been moving into the Vestal location each week since its January opening.

The Dermatology practice opens next, and they'll start seeing patients on Monday.

"Anyone can come here, you don't have to have a Lourde's provider to come here," said Lourdes Vestal Director Lisa Bobby.

Most of the doctors have relocated from other practices and can now be found at the Vestal location.

"Most of the patients I've seen before I'm seeing here which is nice, and plus new patients," Brunt said, "which is really the goal to expand care, expand access."

The building is working off extended hours to accommodate people's schedules. To see a full list of services and hours, click here.
