Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Johnson City Police arrest a suspect for the attempted robbery of a market Monday morning.
Damion Cole, 35, of Johnson City is accused of attempting to rob the Floral Avenue Market in Johnson City.
Police say Cole is the man seen in store surveillance photos who displayed what appeared to be a firearm. He demanded money, but fled after a brief struggle with the store owner.
Cole was arrested after police conducted a search warrant at his home and found evidence connected to the attempted robbery.
Cole faces felony attempted robbery charges and is being held without bail.
