Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Binghamton Police arrest a man early Friday morning, charging him with Attempted Murder.
Jovan T. Gresham was arrested inside the Elks Club on Chenango Street around 1 a.m.
He's charged with Attempted murder, accused of shooting Karlswhen Marks at Victoria's Café on February 28.
Gresham also faces two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, and one count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.
When he was arrested Friday morning, police found a 45-caliber handgun.
The gun was reported stolen in Connecticut.
Police have also connected Gresham to a more recent incident of shots fired in the same neighborhood as Victoria's. That happened near the Susquehanna and Varick Street intersection on March 17.
