Town of Chenango, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Broome County Sheriff's deputies arrest four people as part of the STOP-DWI crackdown on Parade Day.
Benjamin Kimble, 28, of Greene, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on a second offense, which is a felony. He is also facing charges of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and other offenses.
Three other drivers received misdemeanor charges.
One driver was involved in a minor crash, which lead to the DWI arrest.
Broome County's STOP-DWI program have not released official numbers from this weekend's crackdown.
Kimble's Charges:
- One Count Driving while Intoxicated second offense, a class E Felony
- Consumption alcohol in motor vehicle, a violation
- Four additional vehicle and traffic violations
