Town of Chenango, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Broome County Sheriff's Office arrested a 21-year-old man for possessing a bundle of heroin.
Deputies responded to Castle Creek Road on a report of a suspicious incident, and discovered a man inside a vehicle there had a bundle of heroin.
Ryan Z. Holmes, 21, of the town of Dickinson, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a misdemeanor.
Ryan was released on an appearance ticket and is expected to appear in Town of Chenango Court on a later date.
