State police find body matching description of missing teen

Wilmot Twp., PA (WBNG Binghamton) Pennsylvania State Police have found a body matching the description of a Bradford County teenager who went missing two weeks ago.

A body matching the description of 17-year-old Zamien Benditt-Parkes was found within a quarter mile of Benditt-Parkes' home in Wilmot Township.

The body has not been positively identified yet, according to state police, but Benditt-Parkes' family has been notified.

The body was found in a tree, about 10 to 15 feet off the road, just after 11 a.m. Saturday morning. State police said due to heavy foliage, the body could not be seen from the road.

Zamien Benditt-Parkes has been missing since Aug. 17.
