Following a six-month narcotics investigation, the Otsego County Sheriff's Office and Oneonta Police Department discovered 35-year-old Marlee Ann Rickard and Christopher Root in possession of and selling heroin out of their home at 6 North 7th St.

Police have confirmed the two were a couple working together.
