Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Johnson City man is indicted on second degree murder charges.
Derrick Mann, 22, of Johnson City was indicted Nov. 14 for a shooting on Grand Avenue in Johnson City back in April.
Mann is charged with second degree murder, attempted murder, two counts of assault, and criminal possesion of a weapon.
He is accused of killing 20-year-old Genesis Lee and injuring two others.
Neighbors said a fight had broken out on the corner of Grand Avenue and Saint Charles Street.
Mann's next court date has yet to be scheduled.
