New Details on Murder Suspect

(WBNG Binghamton) We have new details about the man accused of killing David Fillers, 21.

Alan Outman, 22, who has been charged with 2nd degree murder in the case, had applied for a job here at our station - according to our public file.

On his resume, Outman he lists his prior work experience as Field supervisor at the Chenango Ambulance Services and a legal specialist in the U.S. Army.

He listed his education as having an associate degree from Broome Community College in criminal justice.

According to the resume, Outman was also a public safety telecommunicator at the New York Fire Academy.
