One Man Injured, Two Arrested After Shooting in Endicott

Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Two people are in jail after a man was shot in Endicott Sunday afternoon.

Around 2:40, police responded to a 34 year old male with a gunshot wound by his pelvis, his name is not yet released.

Witnesses saw the victim arguing with three other people at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Monroe Street just minutes before the shooting.

Those people ran from the scene but are now in custody.

Tyrone Howell, 21, of Binghamton, had a loaded .40 caliber handgun and is charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

A 17 year old boy from Queens was arrested, but turned over to New York City police.
