(WBNG Binghamton) A new development involving the death of 21-year-old David Fillers.
A grand jury in Broome County indicted the suspect, 22 year old Alan Outman of Binghamton.
The four charges include First and Second Degree murder.
That means Outman is accused of intentional murder as well as felony murder, in addition to a charge of Sexual Abuse.
The indictment accuses Outman of sexually assaulting and killing Fillers on Jan. 1st.
Filler's body was found behind a hotel in Vestal the next day.
Investigators so far had not said how they believe Outman killed Fillers or the actual cause of death.
Outman and Fillers had both attended Chenango Valley High School.
