Towanda, PA (WBNG Binghamton) The trial for a Waverly man charged with killing two family members is postponed once again.
The earliest John DeSisti, 74 will be tried is in April.
He was arrested in 2010 for the murders of his cousin Carol and her husband David Keefe in 2006.
The trial was originally set to begin January 2, 2012, but it was later pushed back to February 6.
The Pennsylvania State Attorney General, Joseph McGettigan requested another continuance, claiming the prosecution could not properly prepare for trial and needed more time.
Now, the earliest DeSisti can be tried is April 2, 2012 - though no official court date has been set.
If convicted, the Waverly man could face the death penalty.
