Man on parole arrested for selling heroin

Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A man on parole was arrested for selling heroin to another person on two separate occasions.

Keith Chance, 44, was taken into custody on May 1 after investigators executed a search warrant at a home on East Main Street in Endicott.

Chance was charged with having sold heroin to another person on two separate dates during the month of April, once while in Endicott and once in Binghamton.

Chance, a New York State Parolee, was taken to the Broome County Jail without bail.

He is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and violation of parole.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force was assisted by New York State Parole and the Endicott Police Department in this investigation.
