Plane crash in Susquehanna County

Bridgewater Township, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Pennsylvania State Police said engine failure was the reason a plane crashed early Thursday morning in Susquehanna County.

State police said they received a report of a plane crash around 2:45 a.m. Thursday in Bridgewater Township.

The plane landed on State Route 706, and shut down the road in both directions.

According to state police, the pilot was Kyle Parker of Hansborough Heights, NJ. He was the only person on board the Cessna 210 and was taken to a hospital for minor injuries.
