Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) An Owego man is pulled over for a traffic violation, but now he's in jail for what officers found in his car.
According to Broome County Sheriff's Office, Randy Johns, 22, disobeyed a traffic light on Harry L Drive in Johnson City on Monday.
After police smelled marijuana in the car, they searched it and found 3.75 ounces of marijuana in the vehicle.
