Kingsley, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Police arrest a Susquehanna County man after authorities say he drove under the influence with five kids in the car.
PA State Police Gibson arrested Michael Arthur Bills, 45 on Saturday. Bills was taken into custody for DUI.
Police say he will also be charged with Reckless Endangerment for driving with five juvenile children in the vehicle with him while DUI.
An ambulance responded to Bills' home on Tannery Road on Saturday for an unresponsive male. Police say the ambulance crew requested their assistance out of concern for the safety of Bills and the children at the home.
