Ithaca, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A former fraternity at Cornell University is held criminally responsible in connection with the death of a pledge.

A Tompkins County judge found Sigma Alpha Epsilon guilty of hazing, unlawful dealing with a child, and criminal nuisance.

A custodian found the body of George Desdunes,19, on a couch at the SAE house in 2011.

His blood alcohol level was 0.35.

Three other pledges, Ben Mann, Max Haskin, and Edward Williams were linked to Desdunes death.

Prosecutors argued Desdunes' death was a result of a mock kidnapping. They were also on trial.

According to other media reports those three men have been acquitted of the charges.

Tompkins County Court could only say their records are sealed.
