Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A State of Emergency is declared in the Village of Johnson City beginnning at 4 p.m. on Oct. 29, 2012.
The State of Emergency has been declared due to emergency conditions produced by Hurricane Sandy.
Such conditions threaten or imperil the public safety of the citizens of this municipality.
The State of Emergency shall remain in effect until rescinded by a subsequent order.
