Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Broome County announced BC Transit buses will start running at 5 a.m. Tuesday.
According to the media release:
BC Transit buses will cease operations today, October 29, 2012 with the last outbound buses leaving the Downtown Transportation Hub at 6:00pm.
The County Executive has issued a State of Emergency and No Travel Order beginning at 4:00 p.m. Buses will remain in operation until shortly after 6:00 p.m. to transport those in need.
