Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Binghamton bar will be heading to a court hearing after the State Liquor Authority denied the offer to pay to settle the matter.
Back in September the Scoreboard offered to pay a $17,000 civil penalty and take a 120 day suspension to settle 20 charges after a joint investigation in May.
On Wednesday, the SLA board rejected the latest offer and is moving to revoke the license.
The charges related to serving alcohol to underage customers on three different days and inadequate licenses for security guards and failure to exercise adequate supervision.
The date of the hearing has not been released.
