Shooting suspect turns himself in

Ithaca, N.Y. (WBNG Binghamton) The suspect in a shooting that occurred in Ithaca on April 28 turned himself into police.

At about 2:15 p.m. on May 1, Clifton McBean turned himself in to the Ithaca Police Department.

McBean is a suspect in a shooting that occurred on April 28 in Ithaca near the intersection of South Plain Street and Cleveland Avenue.

McBean is being charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, a class C felony, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony, and reckless endangerment in the first degree, a class D felony.
