The 'Storm of the Century' blasted the eastern US from March 12-14, 1993.
The Twin Tiers region was especially hard hit. Snowfall totals ranged from 20 inches to 30 inches for a large portion of the area. There were some reports of 30-plus inches north of Binghamton and in the Catskill Mountains.
