Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) She hasn't taken the stand, but jurors heard more Friday from the woman accused of killing her son in Binghamton in 2010.

Jurors watched Veronica Taft in a video interview deny allegations that she abused her children, was a prostitute, and did drugs.

That interview also revealed Taft saying she put Lyric on the bottom bunk of his bed before she took a nap before work that night.

According to testimony in the trial so far, this is the last time anyone saw Lyric Taft before he was found dead the morning of December 30th, 2010.

Investigator Anthony Diles said he thought it was odd that Taft often asked if police had figured out Lyric's time of death.

At times when questioned about her son, she said he was a well behaved child and quiet.

Friday jurors heard her say in the same video interview that she always believed he was bipolar and schizophrenic like his father.

She repeatedly told investigators her son must have been killed while she was at work.

When asked about how she would know if contents found in Lyric's stomach were from food she fed him or her ex boyfriend Charles Pratt,
she said because she watches CSI and reads a lot of stuff about forensics.

When officers told Taft she was one of the three suspects they believed could have killed Lyric, she begins to cry and starts swearing,
she repeats, "I would never do that to him."

Testimony continues Monday morning.
