Three arrested in home burglary (with photos)

Fenton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Three people were arrested for breaking into a home in the town of Fenton on Wednesday.

Daniel Ulmer, 25, of Binghamton, Matthew Caganek, 20, of Port Crane, and Janee Caganek, 22, of Port Crane, are all charged with burglary in the second degree, a felony.

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the three are accused of going into a home and stealing several things.

Deputies found all three suspects at Chenango Valley State Park and arrested them.

Janee Caganek has been released and will be scheduled to appear in court. Matthew Caganek was taken to the Broome County Jail on $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond. Ulmer was also taken to the Broome County Jail, but held without bail.
