Owego, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Three Owego men face various charges after a drug search at their apartment. New York State Police arrested Matthew J. McCarthy, 28, William Bish IV, 38, and James Sauer, 23, on Thursday morning. State police, along with Owego, Endicott and Vestal Police searched their second floor apartment at 88 S. Depot St. in Owego. The search found heroin, scales, packaging materials and hypodermic needles. State police said the investigation revealed that the men where using the apartment as a place for people to purchase and use heroin. All three men were arraigned in Owego Village Court and taken to the Tioga County Jail. Bish is being held without bail. McCarthy and Sauer is being held on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
